The drop down method will also be taught which will help the student recover from a crisis moment and find their equilibrium again. State dependent learning is what causes "Mind Blanks" during tests. Customized phone/Zoom session of hypnosis can be especially effective on individuals that are highly logical or skeptical of the idea of hypnosis because they tend to have trouble reaching a deep enough state of relaxation to accept the hypnotic suggestions that are made.
